Best Books On German Cooking

Hi folks,

just wanted to give you a list of books (helps me also to pay my bills), which either I myself or my friends use:

1. First my favorite book with a lot of easy and classic german recipes: Authentic German Home Style Recipes

2. This one is also very good (see the reviews on amazon) German Cooking Today: The Original. . Mostly all Dr. Oetker books are good (you may also see the one on baking).

3. And last but not least a book for true german food lover, with old an original recipes. This book is a little more expenisce but well worth it. Its written in german and english, great pictures and ideal as a gift: What Grandma Used to Cook
